How should I store my products?
Our products are sensitive to temperature changes. Do not freeze or microwave them. Avoid leaving them in direct sunlight or in a hot car, as some items may melt. If a product does melt, stir it well and place it in the refrigerator to help restore some of its texture. Please note that we do not offer returns or refunds for products that have melted.
How do I use my products?
Each item ships with instructions. Our products are safe for most skin types, but use caution if you have acne-prone or sensitive skin. Strong scents—such as cinnamon or peppermint—should be kept away from the eyes and other sensitive areas. Because our products are oil-based, they may stain delicate fabrics. For our Scrubs, you can choose from organic sugar, salt, or ground coffee to build the exfoliant that works best for you.
